I like the idea of the cooking personal are really Mexicans they have in their heart that knowledge from style of the ruts authentic way to cook real Mexican food. The only thing there is that the cashier it is not Mexican and don’t know how to be friendly with the customer. Maybe she was having a bad day. I will appreciate that show respect and good customer skills please. Thank you!!!

First time I tried this place in Statesboro. It is El Jalapeño. We had good service, good food. Love their chips... tasted light, not real hard chips. Salsa was good. Angie had avocado dip and it looked fresh. I had taco salad and she had chimichanga plate.

Great service and good food. Steak in the Fajitas was a bit tough. No other complaints. Lunch portion was good enough. The atmosphere is perfect - well maintained and tidy. Will definitely go back if we happen to be in the area.

We arrived around 7ish for the all day Happy Hour and $1.50 Taco Tuesday! Although it was quite busy, we were seated in five minutes. Our server was Cameron and she was very attentive. She made sure we got our margs, tacos, plenty of napkins and water to stay hydrated throughout our dining experience!
